HD Video Conferencing Suite

We can make or receive calls from any IP and ISDN based Video Conferencing System, anywhere in the World.

The following rates apply for IP and ISDN* Video calls and include the hiring of the suite from our West London based office:

• £100 per hour between office hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm*
• £150 per hour – outside office hours*
  (Mon-Fri: 7am - 9am & 5pm - 7pm)
• negotiable rates are available for regular clients and/or bulk bookings

1. Minimum hire period of 1hr – office hours
2. Minimum hire period of 1.5hr – outside office hours
3. A cancellation fee of 100% applies to all cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the agreed time and date.
4. A cancellation fee of 50% applies to all cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the agreed time and date.
5. Maximum of 6 persons attending our London office, during a conference call.
6. Rates charged at 15 minutes increments.
7. ISDN dial-out call charges extra.
8. Rates are exclusive of VAT.
